Aerosol Optical Thickness Intercomparison

Monthly Products

Comparison of Monthly Level-3 Aerosol Parameters from Measurements and Model. Includes measurements from Terra and Aqua MODIS, Terra MISR, as well as GOCART model data. It is suggested that Users note the Collection Version of the Science Parameters that can be seen in the third column of the parameter blocks below.

* Aerosol Deep Blue are not available for Terra after Dec 2007 due to unavailability of the required polarization corrections to the L1B data. The Terra Aerosol Dark Target data are available for the whole mission period. Note: Terra data record has a few short periods in the mission where data is missing - please consult the calendar to determine when these period of missing data occur. (calender).
